There are 2 roles in the game: HUNTER and PREY. You choose which one you will be, and in EVE tradition, you may not change roles once you have chosen.
HUNTER Hunters get four slots to register for the game that begins the moment you register (just copy the template below).
HUNTER: Your Game Name
[ ... target_1 ... ][ 0 ] [ ... target_2 ... ][ 0 ] [ ... target_3 ... ][ 0 ] [ ... target_4 ... ][ 0 ]
You hook in by putting someone's name who is already in this thread in one of your slots. A hunter may target prey or another hunter by putting their name in one of your slots. You may wait to fill any or all of your slots until more people register.
Once a name is in your slot, you may not remove it, nor replace it.
If you kill them in battle then your tally goes up 1.
If they kill you in battle, then you must put an X in the tally box and you no longer get those points; that slot is frozen and dead. In other words, don't let them kill you, or you lose all of your points for that slot.
Hunters can be knocked out if all four of their targets manage to kill them. In that case, put a '(KO)' after your name.
The benefit of being a hunter is that you may acquire multiple points per prey.
The drawback of being a hunter is that you can lose all of your points for that prey if they kill you one time.
Cool beans: If there are more prey than hunters, then the hunters may have a point-earning advantage since prey cannot kill each other.
PREY Prey may have unlimited slots, but add only one each time you fill one with a kill trophy.
PREY: Your Game Name :: Game Mode :: Time Span
[ ... hunter_name ... ][ 1 ]
You must provide your in game name, the game mode you will be in, and the regular time span (including time zone) that you will be there.
If you kill a hunter, then you put his name in your trophies, but you can only include a hunter's name once and it only counts for 1 point.
You get unlimited trophy slots.
You cannot lose points.
You only get trophies for killing HUNTERS.
The benefit of being a prey is that you cannot lose points and that you may accumulate unlimited trophies.
The drawback of being a prey is that you may only acquire 1 point per hunter regardless of how many times you kill the same hunter.
'Quafe' fabulous: There is no risk to being a prey, since you cannot lose points, but you must kill many hunters to compete with the potentially high point score of the hunters.
Winning Conditions Whoever has the most total points by the refresh 7/1/15 11:00 AM GMT wins. There can only be 1 winner. If there is a tie, then the game goes to sudden death: if one player kills the other player (in game), then the killer wins.
Winner's Prize: 1.) 'Quafe' Saga BPO (as soon as BPO can be traded) 2.) Assorted officer weapons 3.) 100,000 ISK per final score point (100,000,000 ISK maximum) 4.) Victor Status and Renown
